The reason cited was that “she has deep ties to the community.” Ramirez’s blood alcohol level was 0.14. Both Whiteside, 38, and Islami, 34, a mother of three, died at the scene. ICE has lodged a detainer identifying her as a criminal illegal alien. We now have confirmation from the CVRS state voter database that this is the same woman.
