I'm a varsity head coach. I still coach. And I got tired of my best plays dying on napkins, whiteboards and my camera roll. So I built the thing I wanted on my own bench. Here's what it does.
Court. Make. Shooter. Assist.
That's a bucket logged. Four taps from the bench, and the box score builds itself.

1. 1 back screens for 4, who cuts to the weakside block.
2. 1 comes off the double from 5 and 3 for the wing jumper.

ALT Baseline out-of-bounds play against man, three steps. 1 back screens for 4, 1 comes off a double screen from 5 and 3, then 3 slips to the rim.
Dead ball, four seconds on the arrow, and you need your best baseline out of bounds call right this second.
Thumbing through a binder on the sideline is how you burn a timeout you did not want to spend.
Keep your plays organized by situation and the call is two taps away. Your BLOB, your SLOB, your late-clock stuff, all where you can find it when the gym is loud.

Hot take: most teams do not have a shooting problem. They have a shot-selection problem.
Your 32 percent guard pulling an 18 footer early in the clock is not in a slump. That is a diet.

Install week. By the end of practice the board is covered in everything you taught today.
Then the lights go off, somebody wipes it clean, and tomorrow morning you are redrawing all of it from memory.
Snap the board before you leave. One photo per set. It reads the play, you tune it, and your whole staff can teach from it first thing.
What you install tonight should not die on a whiteboard overnight.

From the Playbook: UConn Double Staggered. From horns, 2 goes across the floor while 3 cuts to the rim, then 3 comes back out through the stagger for a catch. Hunt the layup first and the clean perimeter catch second.
