Just another reason why the casino's should handle lossback, not streamers.
Well here's how I got scammed for $2,500 this week...
One of my high rollers lost $31k last week (17th) 1 hour past the cut off time for lossback.
I verified his loss via screen recording and sent his lossback ($2,500) early while agreeing to deduct it from next week since its already been paid out but wont appear on my sheet till next week.
Next week (24th) comes and I sent the entire weekly amount which came to ($2948.83) going over our agreed $2500 weekly limit, (im nice like that sometimes) forgetting to deduct $2,500 from the early lossback from the week prior.
Instead of speaking up and being honest about the mistake I made, the player decided to just keep their mouth shut about it. I have messaged them and now it has been 48 hours without a response. They even played with the lossback and won then cashed so I know they didnt lose it. (I can see on my end)
I have politely demanded $2,000 back while still allowing them to keep $948.83. The CORRECT amount should have only been $448.83 after the previous weeks deductions. So they are getting an extra $500 from me either way if they sent $2,000 back.
Sometimes people make mistakes, and I made a $2,500 one. I'm just shocked that someone who gambles at his amount is scamming for a measly $2,500😂
