Some exciting book news!! 🎉🎉🎉 I’m so thrilled that there are more books on the way! 📚 Overjoyed to have signed a new deal with @bookouture for two novels for 2027! Very much looking forward to working with the brilliant @ruthtross and the team on these thrillers!

Me when someone says it’s ‘too early to read Christmassy books’.

THE CHRISTMAS GUEST is out now! 🎄 I know it’s only September, but if you fancy a bit of early festive fun, you can grab a copy here: geni.us/B0FRLTW5W4author This is my thirteenth novel, one of my favourite to write, and I’m so excited to see it heading out into the world. ❄️

I haven’t tweeted in a while (and I probably should more since I have a new book out in two weeks 😂) but just wanted to do a quick post to say how essential, fascinating and terrifying @j_amesmarriott’s book The New Dark Ages is. Marina Hyde’s quote on the cover says it all.

THE NEW BOYFRIEND is out today!! 🎉😍📖 I think this is officially my first heatwave publication day ☀️ If you’re in the mood for a new thriller to read in the sun (or in the shade), you can grab it on Kindle, paperback and audio here: geni.us/B0GPWQ6VWCauthor

🎉🚨 NEW BOOK COMING SOON! 🚨🎉 I’m SO excited to reveal the cover of my new psychological suspense thriller THE HANDSOME STRANGER, arriving 26 May! 🤵‍♂️💍❤️🔪🏡 A twisty tale of suspicion, lies and betrayal. It’s one of my favourite days of the year when the Christmas double-issue of the @RadioTimes is released! I always drive to my nearest supermarket around 6.30am to get it as soon as it hits the shelf! I then spend the day perusing it with the earnestness of an Oxford scholar studying Proust. Such joy!! #ChristmasRadioTimes #RadioTimes

🎄 MERRY CHRISTMAS! 🎄 I know it’s only 1st November, but if you’re ready to feel Christmassy, my new thriller The Winter Visitor is now just £1.99 on Kindle, or free if you’re a Kindle Unlimited subscriber!😍❄️✨ Snowstorms, a family inheritance dispute, a Scottish castle, a frozen loch, and a mysterious visitor dead in a guest bedroom with a Christmas ornament through his heart. It’s got it all! 😄🎄 geni.us/B0FJ8MP6V4author

Today’s candle joy 🎃🧁

Such a lovely event earlier this week at @WatChelmsford! My first event under my @sghartnell guise 💀📖 Had a terrific time with Laura Purcell chatting about Medlock and House of Splinters 🎃📚 Thanks so much to all the booksellers and everyone who came along!

A joyous publication day outing to @Bluewaterstones and the shiny new Waterstones in John Lewis Bluewater to sign copies of MEDLOCK 😍🎉✍️ So great to see it on the tables and shelves! Thanks so much to the wonderful booksellers and to everyone who has bought a copy today already! 🥰 @BooksSphere @CallumMichaelK @HardmanSwainson @JoannaSwainson

It’s MEDLOCK publication day!! 🎉😍 It’s hard to put into words how exciting it is for this book to go out into the world. I started it six years ago, just before the pandemic hit, then wrote it throughout the first lockdown, hoping one day it would find its way into the hands of readers. And that day is today! 🧡📚 You can find it in Waterstones stores and many independent bookshops. Thanks so much to the team at @LittleBrownUK, my editor @CallumMichaelK and agent @JoannaSwainson for being so enthusiastic about this book over the intervening years and making the journey to publication a complete joy! You can find it at various retailers here: geni.us/Medlock Signed copies are available at independent bookshops if you click the link marked as ‘Signed Edition’! 🎃💀
