It's me, ya Tea Nut Brandon, back again with my Twitter takeover! Today I will be SPILLING the TEA on what you need to succeed in recruitment 💁♂️
A THREAD
Thanks to Phil on Tik Tok for coming in and giving the world an insight into what we get up to at Barrington James!
Give this a watch…

BARRINGTON JAMES TURN 20 ⭐️
2 weeks ago we globally celebrated our 20th anniversary! Everything came together perfectly on the night, and not only did we celebrate our incredible award winners but each individual that makes us who we are! What a night 👏

Lastly, being organised is crucial.
Roles within recruitment can make you feel like you need to be balanced like a Libra - imagine spinning 10 plates on sticks whilst attempting to juggle 5 bowling pins 🤹♂️
Organisation is key to ensure everything stays balanced!
Anyway, that's all from me today 👋
Have a great rest of your week! *opens @Spotify for the 18th time today to check if @florencemachine has released anything* *sips tea and cries*
xoxo, Tea Nut

CLOTHES DONATION 💜
Sarah from our Gatwick HQ decided that she wanted to collect clothes for @CrawleyOpenHse, to help those who are less fortunate in this cold weather.
Well done Sarah! 🙌🏻

Hi there, I'm Brandon Wolfe, an internal Talent Acquisition Consultant with @BarringtonJames. It's my job to help find you a job! 👋
Yes, after graduating was like being a fish out of water.
Or a lion in the artic, or a penguin in the savanna (which may be closer to reality than we think, save us David Attenborough!) 🐟🦁🐧
It can be difficult, especially when the company doesn't meet your high tea-tasting standards (@YorkshireTea, @whittarduk, @BirdandBlendTea help ya boy out! 😉)
Overall, I've loved every moment & my advice for grads is to look for a company you vibe with!
xoxo, 'Tea-Nut'
