You can't worry about things like crowds, competition or discovery. A million 'experts' online will tell you all the ways you will fail. In many ways the world was simpler and easier without the internet. You just made things. You focused on making your game. You were never going to compete with EA or Origin so who cares?
There is a never ending hunger for good games. If this wasn't true the indie games wouldn't be huge today and shareware in the early 90s never would have been a thing. Turns out people everywhere just want good games - at all sizes, scopes and price points.
Don't worry yourself out of making a game. Don't listen to internet experts telling you all the negatives. Ignore everything and focus on skills and making a good game. Get in there. Always room for one more game.

I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

이틀 전 테스트하느라 열린 시간 동안
'오리지널 콘텐츠 보상' 승인 절차를
용감하게 진행한 세 분의 엇갈린 결과를
보게되었다.
두 분은 통과되었다고 했고 나머지 한 분은
거부되었다고했다.
통과된 한 분은 "AI로 형식적으로 검토하는 것
같다"며 승인 절차가 형식일 뿐이라고 말했다.
반면 거부된 분은 괜히 일찍 했다며 후회했다.
모두 결과를 어떻게 미리 알았으랴마는
결과에 따라 느끼는 바는 이렇게 다르다.
통과된 한 분의 콘텐츠를 잠깐 확인해 보니
대부분 경제와 주식 '분석'이었다.
분석글은 승인될 수 있는 게시물 요건 중 하나다.

통과되지 못한 분의 이유는 캡처 이미지에 있으니
