Pat Murphy's lack of a filter is refreshing. Also, he is 67, so he can kinda speak a little more freely without having to worry about how it will affect him down the road. This will likely be his final managing gig, and I don't see that ending anytime soon.

With the added irony that Bauers was a Yankee for the 2023 season (and in their minor league system in 2022), and was pretty bad while he was there (87 OPS+).
