The actual studies are pretty academic. Not many sites want to report on them, other than openly pro-homeschooling sites, so simple analyses of these are generally biased. Here's one peer-reviewed paper on the topic.

University debate: "Milk is for babies. Grow up."
Vegan: "No other animal drinks milk after weaning. No other animal drinks another species' milk. An adult with a glass of milk is a biological mistake."
Anthropologist: "What switches off in a mammal at weaning?"
Vegan: "Lactase. The enzyme that digests milk sugar. In nature it shuts down. That's my whole point."
Anthropologist: "In most of this audience it never did. Why?"
Vegan: "A mutation."
Anthropologist: "One?"
Vegan: "I assume."
Anthropologist: "At least four. Northern Europe, Arabia, and twice over in East Africa. Different peoples, different letters of DNA, same result. All inside the last 10,000 years, and every time among people who kept herds."
Vegan: "A coincidence."
Anthropologist: "It's one of the strongest marks natural selection has left anywhere in the human genome. The children who could drink it lived, and outbred the ones who couldn't, until it was most of a continent. You've called that unnatural. It's the only definition of natural we've got."
Vegan: "Two thirds of the world is still lactose intolerant."
Anthropologist: "And two thirds of the world worked out cheese, yoghurt and butter, where the bacteria eat the lactose for you. The Mongols took half of Asia on fermented mare's milk with barely a lactase gene between them."
Vegan: "No other species does it."
Anthropologist: "No other species has a cow. Blue tits spent half a century robbing the cream off British doorsteps. The only thing holding back the rest of the animal kingdom is thumbs."
Vegan: "Evolution isn't a moral argument."
Anthropologist: "You opened with nature. I've brought it into the room and now you'd like it to wait outside."
Moderator: "Time. Refreshments are at the back."
Anthropologist: "Is there milk?"
Moderator: "Oat."

Hello, Conservative MP, you are correct that Benjamin is a word of Hebrew origin, much like John, Daniel, Simon, and many other English names. These came to us through the Bible. I'm sure you've heard of it.

Admitting social security is a Ponzi scheme
Wonders who will pay him back
That's not how Ponzi works
Replying to @MattWalshShow
I’m a boomer who would agree to phase out the Ponzi scheme. The problem is that I paid in over $300K over 47 years so expecting me not to get at a minimum what I paid in is absurd particularly considering there’s a large percentage of people getting SS who paid little to nothing.

47% of the price of petrol, and 43% of the price of diesel, is attributable to tax.
If businesses in this country wanted to lead a quiet revolt against this system, they would start listing the tax% under every price they display.
I know people are worried about fuel prices. And I get it. You get to the pump, watch the numbers climb, and wonder why it's costing so much more than it used to.
The reality is that global events are pushing up costs, and families here at home are feeling the impact.
But I won't accept that there's nothing I can do to help.
That's why from today, you'll be able to see petrol and diesel prices on Google Maps, compare nearby stations and find the cheapest option before you fill up.
It's a small change, but if there's a practical way to help people keep more money in their pocket, I'll do it.

So these aren't mutually exclusive. You can go to prison while also living with what you did. That's...that's kind of the point, actually.

My God we’re arresting children now

The 15yo child in question assaulted a woman with a makeshift flamethrower, as the quoted tweet shows. This is a crime, therefore an arrest is warranted regardless of the age of the assailant.

To be fair, Biden said that if he got elected, he'd cure cancer.
If Republicans win the House of Representatives and the Senate in the 2026 Midterm Elections, I’m going to give all adult citizens in the United States of America, $5,000! Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to signing those checks!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This $5,000 “Trump Dividend” promise was first made in Sept. 2026. Similar prior DOGE and tariff check pledges have not been paid out. It would cost ~$1.2 trillion and require congressional approval.
