Auburn basketball player Mantas Rubštavičius, a 6-6 guard from Lithuania ruled ineligible by the NCAA, has filed suit in Lee County Circuit Court. Rubštavičius’ circumstance is unique from others in that he never competed in college, nor did he sign an NBA or G-League contract.
