A young MBBS 3rd year student from BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur ~ a future doctor who could have saved thousands of lives ~ is dead because authorities slept while criminals drove freely.

He followed the rules.
Helmet on. Riding responsibly.
Yet a drunk driver in an overspeeding Fortuner coming from the wrong side crushed his life.
35 challans on the same car. Thirty-five warnings the system ignored.
This is not an accident.
This is administrative failure.
This is state-enabled negligence.
If a vehicle with 35 violations was still roaming the roads, then every responsible authority shares the blame.
We demand strict action. Arrest the driver. Investigate the system that allowed this to happen. Fix the lawless roads.
Justice delayed is justice denied.

A tragic road accident on the Mohaddipur flyover in #Gorakhpur has claimed the life of Aakash Pandey, a 3rd-year MBBS student of BRD Medical College.
He belonged to lower middle class family and was the only son, carrying the hopes and dreams of his entire family.
According to reports, a speeding car rammed into two scooters and a bike. Aakash Pandey died on the spot, while two others were critically injured and rushed to AIIMS. Sadly, one of them later succumbed to injuries.
The accused driver is reportedly politically well-connected and has multiple traffic challans for overspeeding and other violations.
The law must act without fear or influence.
Justice must prevail.

The incident occurred when a speeding Toyota Fortuner allegedly having 35 Challans already, driving on the wrong side of the road, rammed into the riders. Four people were hit in the collision. The MBBS student, Akash Pandey, who was returning from a Holi celebration, died on the spot.
Two others sustained serious injuries, while another person suffered minor injuries.
The impact of the collision threw Pandey nearly 15 metres. He struck the railing of the overbridge and remained suspended there for about 30 minutes before police arrived.
Using CCTV footage, police traced the vehicle and arrested the accused according to @IndiaToday

I don’t know how to react on this , but now candidates scoring “Minus - 40”marks are also applicable to get NEET PG seat .
In simple language if you have money or specific category then even if you slept in the exam and scored negative marks = someone who topped /worked hard.
