I joined a group on Facebook called ‘Reducing UPF foods’ after reading Ultra Processed People by @DoctorChrisVT. There were a couple of thousand people in the group then, but within weeks there are 37,000 members. Feels like there’s a food revolution on its way. Really hope so.

I see that car insurance providers are getting in on the ‘taking advantage of consumers’ that the rest of businesses are, in the cost of living crisis. This years quotes are all £300 more expensive and nothing has changed.
