鈥婱y 2026 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro (1.5T Prime DCT) has been sitting completely off the road and unrepaired since 17 September 2026 following an accident.
鈥婩or nearly TWO MONTHS, I have been passed back and forth between Chery South Africa, Chery Boksburg, Mazda Germiston, and Action Panelbeaters鈥攁ll while continuing to pay monthly vehicle finance on a car I cannot drive, plus massive out-of-pocket expenses for alternative transport.
鈥婽he excuse? Outstanding parts with zero ETA, zero accountability, and zero courtesy vehicle provided by Chery while we wait indefinitely for components for a brand-new 2026 model.
鈥婦espite formal escalations to Chery Customer Care (Ref: 7a2cb410-cec9-11f1-8675-7fe0b58ac9e2) and executive management, there are still no answers.
