I don't think I remember someone having such an insane rookie debut for a coach in tier 2 history. Crank accomplished results in NACL that many established coaches have never reached. We often see a ton of discussion surrounding "rookie NA players" that should be getting opportunities, but that conversation rarely extends to staff members and coaches, and I'm tired of that. A massive reason for NA's shortcomings is due to the lack of upward mobility in regards to non-player roles. HC/AC/GM roles have been recycling the same people for years, then orgs wonder why they fail with top players. TLDR because this is a long ass post for what is just a "vouch" but Crank will be LCS by 2028 or we have a failure of decision making on our hands of massive proportions.
