I think F1's closeness to Mercedes is very uncomfortable. For years, I used to do all the stuff possible on the official F1 Fan Voice site. It has always bugged me that 1/3rd of all the polls or surveys are directly related to @MercedesAMGF1. In fact they are the only ones with an official forum. Attached are just a few of the examples of many dozens of examples. @RACERHQ @autosport @wearetherace should really investigate this.

Those four laps in qualifying... honestly, nothing else even comes close.
This place is just different, there’s nowhere else like it also for everything it demands from us drivers.
Watching from the sidelines this year is pretty tough, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t wish I was back in the car.
I’ll never take the chance I had to qualify and race here for granted.
I hope to be back out there fighting for it again one day.
