What if i told you that women MENSTRUAL BLOOD contains stem cells that scientists are studying for their healing potential ?
Menstrual blood contains a unique population of stem cells known as menstrual blood-derived stem cells (MenSCs). These cells have attracted scientific interest because of their potential applications in regenerative medicine.
Researchers are investigating their ability to support wound healing, repair damaged tissues, and potentially help in conditions involving the spinal cord and heart.
For years, menstruation has been surrounded by shame and misconceptions. But your period is neither dirty nor toxic. It is a normal biological process, and science is discovering fascinating things about it.
Now, this doesn’t mean menstrual blood is a ready-made treatment for diseases. Most of these applications are still experimental and require further research.
The female body is far more fascinating than many people realise!
Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah!! Alhamdulillah!!! 🤲❤️
All praise and gratitude belong to Allah. May Allah continue to bless us, protect us, grant us good health, increase our blessings and make our future better than our past. Ameen Ya Rabbal Alameen. 🤲

Tuesday 3/11/26, Sūrah aṣ-Ṣāffāt (37): 77-126, tafakkur verse 37: 123-126
Theme: Worship Allah Alone, the Best of Creators
"Indeed, Ilyās (Elijah) was certainly among the messengers.
When he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah?
Do you call upon Baʿl (an idol) and abandon the Best of Creators -
Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?”
LESSONS:
1. The foundation of every prophetic mission is Tawḥīd. All the prophets, despite differences in their historical circumstances and communities, called people to worship Allah alone and reject every form of associating partners with Him. The message of Prophet Ilyās (AS) was no exception.
2. Fear of Allah must guide our religious convictions and actions. Prophet Ilyās began his admonition by asking his people whether they would not develop Taqwā. True consciousness of Allah should influence what we worship, what we believe, how we behave and the choices we make in life.
3. Human beings must not abandon their Creator for created things. The people of Prophet Ilyās worshipped Baʿl, an idol, while abandoning Allah, the Best of Creators. This teaches us the irrationality of directing acts of worship, ultimate devotion and divine dependence towards anything or anyone besides Allah.
4. Tradition and ancestral practices are not automatically legitimate. Prophet Ilyās reminded his people that Allah was their Lord and the Lord of their earliest forefathers. Religious truth is not determined by how long a practice has existed or how many generations have observed it. Every inherited belief and practice must be examined against divine guidance.
5. The Creator deserves exclusive worship, gratitude and obedience. Allah is not merely the Creator of one generation or one community; He is the Lord of all humanity and all creation. It is therefore a grave contradiction to acknowledge Allah as Creator while directing acts of worship to other beings or objects.
O Allah, the Lord of all creation, grant us sound understanding of Tawḥīd, purify our hearts from every form of Shirk, protect us from blind imitation and misguided traditions, and make us among those who worship You sincerely, obey You faithfully and remain steadfast upon Your guidance until our final moments. Āmīn.

Monday 2/11/26, Sūrah aṣ-Ṣāffāt (37): 25-76, tafakkur verse 37: 33-35
Theme: The consequence of arrogance and rejecting the Oneness of Allah is punishment in Jahannam
"So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment.
Indeed, that is how We deal with the criminals.
Indeed they, when it was said to them, There is no deity but Allāh, were arrogant".
LESSONS:
1. Rejecting the truth does not make it disappear. Those who deliberately turn away from Allah's guidance will eventually face the consequences of their choices in the hereafter. The only duty expected of the believers is to preach and remind others of the promises of Allah. Every individual is free to make their own choices and individually, they bear the consequences of their choices.
2. One of the greatest obstacles to guidance is arrogance. When the heart is besieged by arrogance, every truth is rejected and the whims take over. The eyes are unable to see the truth, the ears are shut at it and the heart rejects it. When people become arrogant against the truth, even when it is clearly presented to them, they are clearly under the grip of Shaytan. We must pray for their guidance while admonishing them very gently.
3. The declaration Lā ilāha illa Allāh is not merely a statement to be uttered with the tongue; it is a fundamental declaration of faith that demands sincere belief, submission and exclusive devotion to Allah. In the end, it is one factor that separates the people of Jahannam from the people of Jannah.
4. The verses remind us that the Day of Judgement is not a mere religious imagination. Those who persist in criminality and rebellion against Allah by rejecting tawḥīd and committing evil against other people will certainly face the consequences of their deeds.
5. A believer must remain humble enough to accept the truth, regardless of who presents it. Our social status, wealth, education, religious position or influence must never make us feel too important to submit to Allah's guidance.
O Allah, protect our hearts from arrogance, pride and the rejection of truth. Grant us the humility to recognise the truth and the courage to follow it. Make us sincere in our declaration of Your Oneness, steadfast in our faith and obedient to Your commands. Do not allow our worldly achievements, positions or desires to become obstacles between us and Your guidance. Grant us a beautiful ending and save us from the punishment of the Hereafter. Āmīn. 🤲
I know one day I will look back on this phase of my life, smile, and appreciate how far Allah has brought me. For now, I’ll keep trusting His timing, embracing the journey, and believing that better days are ahead. Alhamdulillah for everything. 🤍❤️

Sunday 1/11/26, Sūrah Yāsin (36): 71-83 and aṣ-Ṣāffāt (37): 1-23, tafakkur verse 37: 15-21
Theme: The Promise of Allah is True
"And say, This is not but obvious magic
When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?
And our forefathers [as well]?
Say, Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible.
It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing.
They will say, O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense.
[They will be told], This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny."
LESSONS:
1. The disbelievers dismissed the message of resurrection as nothing but obvious magic or mere conjectures. Their inability or unwillingness to comprehend a reality does not invalidate that reality. The truth remains the truth, whether people accept it or reject it. We must therefore be careful not to allow personal assumptions, intellectual arrogance or societal opinions to determine what we accept as truth.
2. The question, “When we have died and become dust and bones, will we really be resurrected?” reflects the human tendency to measure divine possibilities by the limitations of human experience. Yet, the One who created humanity from nothing is certainly capable of recreating it after death. Resurrection is not beyond the power of Allah.
3. Allah declares that resurrection will occur through a single blast, after which humanity will suddenly find itself standing and looking on. What people once regarded as impossible will become an undeniable experience. The certainty of that Day should inspire us to live responsibly, consciously and with constant awareness of our accountability before Allah.
4. Their cry, “Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgement!” expresses the horror of finally encountering the reality they persistently denied. There are opportunities for repentance, correction and righteous deeds in this worldly life, but the Hereafter is not another opportunity to begin again. We must not postpone our return to Allah, assuming that tomorrow is guaranteed.
5. The declaration, “This is the Day of Decision which you used to deny,” reminds us that human existence is not without purpose or accountability. There will be a day when disputes are settled, injustices are addressed, hidden realities are exposed, and every individual is confronted with the consequences of their deeds. No position, influence, wealth or worldly authority will exempt anyone from the judgement of Allah.
O Allah, the Lord of the Day of Judgement, grant us sincere faith in the resurrection and the Hereafter. Do not allow us to become heedless of the reality of our accountability before You. Make us among those who prepare for the Day of Decision through sincere faith, righteous deeds, justice, repentance and good character. Forgive our shortcomings, conceal our faults, grant us a good ending and protect us from the humiliation and punishment of the Day of Resurrection.
Āmīn, Yā Rabb al-‘Ālamīn.

Saturday 31/10/26, Sūrah Yāsin (36): 41-70, tafakkur verse 36: 65
Theme: Remember that nothing is hidden from Allah and prepare for the day when you are a witness against yourself
"That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn."
LESSONS:
1. Human beings may conceal their actions from others, manipulate facts, deny wrongdoing and escape worldly justice. However, nothing is hidden from Allah. On the Day of Judgement, every deed will be exposed, and no deception will succeed.
2. Our hands and feet, among other parts of our bodies, will bear witness to our actions. The hands with which we helped or hurt others, took what did not belong to us, or engaged in acts of righteousness will testify. We must therefore be mindful of how we use the blessings Allah has entrusted to us.
3. In this world, people can lie, deny allegations, manipulate narratives and construct false accounts of events. But on the Day of Judgement, Allah will seal their mouths, and their own bodies will reveal the truth. No amount of argument or self-defence will change the reality of what they did.
4. We cannot shift responsibility for our deeds to others or hide behind the influence, instructions or authority of other people. Every individual will answer for their own actions. This should make us more conscious of our decisions and the consequences of our conduct.
5. The opportunity to repent, seek forgiveness, correct our mistakes and make amends is available in this world. We must not wait until our mouths are sealed and our limbs begin to testify against us. The wise believer examines their actions regularly and strives to live in a manner that will bring them success in the Hereafter.
May Allah make our limbs witnesses in our favour and not against us on the Day of Judgement. Āmīn.
