Pros of Gdańsk:
Incredible food
Everything costs about 14p
Weather was actually nice this year!
Tons of old format played
Cons of Gdańsk:
Couldn’t talk most of the event from having wisdom teeth out
Went 0-2-3 on the Shaymin check bracket
It was cheaper to fly back 7am Tuesday
Late to the trend!
1. The 10ANNIV Promo is one of the only cards i’ll never sell, that event has so many special memories of me and my Dad going there and my first time playing PTCG with people outside of my school, I played an AWFUL homebrew deck with 2. in it!
5. Was the deck I first really enjoyed!
6. Is the greatest deck of all time for me. So many decision points, first Day 2, first cash, basically got me my invite by itself. Miss you Tina and Comfey x
I wish I got into One Piece earlier than I did, Oda going from Skypeia - Water 7 - Enies Lobby - Thriller Bark has to be one of if not THE greatest run in manga history. Wish I could read those chapters as they dropped.
