reason #867 why i don't like @Plaid signed up a new account for a project a couple weeks ago. sandbox only. their 'New Business' AE has been pestering to set up a call and last email I got ended in: "I will close this account if I don't get a response." shut up and let me build, i'll reach out when i need to go to prod!

Thomson-1.0-Small slaps! Had Astra (max) do a runthrough, then had Thomson go back and check past business filings (K-1s, 1120s) and it found a discrepancy in the books and the filing my accountant did for the biz. It then sanity checked Astra's work, found some savings, and then I went back to Astra and Astra admitted it missed some things sending this to a different accountant friend irl to verify but looks promising

well that's it. my accountant had their chance. they filed the extension for me back in like march... I shouldn't have to nag them to do my taxes so i can pay them just gave my tax docs to Astra. lfg

Astra Max + Thomson-1.0-Small working together. Filled out multiple forms to amend past filings, found a few savings opportunities and screw ups of my accountant. I've reviewed thoroughly, and believe the models. One of the examples: accountant filled energy savings for some new ACs but not a mini split which was also federally eligible They bundled it up into a package, all I have to do is print+sign+mail it in. My accountant is officially FIRED

My favorite component library ever was @tailwindui @tailwindcss plus’ catalyst, but they basically never shipped updates to it and it was really lacking. I had my agent run for like 12 hours on xhigh fast. It calculated and built all the components that were lacking to bring it up to par with shadcn Is it probably at the quality Adam and team would have shipped it? No. But, it’s the aesthetic, it works, and it seems to be pretty good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

found the perfect use case for @typesafeai Jev: instant compaction in 2026, why is compaction still a summarization prompt? Jev can make it instant by scoring every tool call and dropping what’s irrelevant

herdr + omp has been my go to for a number of weeks now. was tired of different tuis when going between grok, codex, others. best part is omp supports a whole bunch of providers, like devin using devin now too with it! and can dip into anthropic models if/when i need there

My accountant filed an extension in April. 6 months is upon us. I have not reached out or inquired an update. He is probably out of a job at this point. AI models are good enough, and I deployed Tomson-1.0-Small and its looking promising
