Where to begin? After 10 incredible years, my last day at @News4Reno is on Wednesday. A week after graduation, I started my television news career on Vassar St. Though there were chances to move up, my heart has always been here.
Wrapping up my 1st week as the newest member of the @cityofreno government affairs team!
I always viewed my reporting role as one of public service and I’m thrilled to continue serving our community in a new way - helping advance public policy to benefit the Biggest Little City.
I’m so grateful for this opportunity and all the people that have helped me along the way to make this career transition possible.

And in the Reno Mayor's race, former LG Kate Marshall leads councilwoman Kathleen Taylor in cash on hand.
But Taylor raised about $60k more than Marshall in Q2.
Both spent about $300k last quarter to make it through the crowded primary.
