A token can move in seconds. The obligations behind it can last for decades. That gap explains why RWA tokenization deserves its own infrastructure discussion. Existing blockchains already support tokenized assets. Standards such as ERC-3643 provide identity checks, transfer restrictions and recovery mechanisms. The case for a purpose-built blockchain rests on how coherently these requirements work together across the asset’s lifetime. Here are eight reasons to build a blockchain specifically around real-world assets. 1. THE TOKEN MUST STAY CONNECTED TO THE CLAIM A token might represent equity, debt, a revenue entitlement or another contractual right. Those are different instruments. The infrastructure should preserve the connection between the token, its governing documents and the parties responsible for fulfilling its obligations. Recording a balance alone cannot establish enforceable ownership. 2. TRANSFER RULES MUST FOLLOW THE ASSET An investor’s eligibility can change. A lockup can expire. A holding limit can be reached. Checks performed during onboarding are insufficient for managing those changes. The architectural opportunity is consistent, reusable policy enforcement across transfers and applications, reducing the need for each project to rebuild the same controls. 3. VERIFIABILITY SHOULD NOT REQUIRE PUBLIC EXPOSURE Investors need evidence. Auditors need access. Commercial counterparties may need confidentiality. These needs call for selective disclosure: making relevant information verifiable by the appropriate parties while protecting sensitive identities, positions and contractual terms. Privacy belongs in the architecture of financial infrastructure. 4. ISSUANCE IS ONLY THE FIRST EVENT A bond pays coupons and matures. A fund processes subscriptions and redemptions. An asset can be refinanced or enter default. Shared lifecycle models can keep these events, entitlements and records coordinated. For issuers, the opportunity is less reconciliation. For investors, it is clearer visibility into what happens after purchase. 5. REAL-WORLD DATA NEEDS A CHAIN OF RESPONSIBILITY An immutable record can still contain incorrect information. A valuation, reserve report or production figure needs an identifiable source, timestamp and verification process. Infrastructure should make provenance and correction history inspectable. The critical question is who supplied the evidence and who is accountable when it is wrong. 6. SETTLEMENT MUST CONNECT THE ASSET AND THE PAYMENT Fast token transfers do not automatically produce reliable settlement. Delivery-versus-payment links asset delivery to payment. Designing for it also requires credible payment instruments, liquidity and defined finality. A dedicated RWA network must connect with those arrangements to deliver practical value. 7. EXCEPTION HANDLING NEEDS VISIBLE LIMITS Lost keys, compromised wallets and disputed transfers require explicit procedures. Where recovery or administrative intervention is permitted, its authority should be bounded, documented and auditable, with appropriate approval controls. Investors should be able to understand who can intervene, under what conditions and what evidence that intervention leaves behind. 8. SECURITY MUST MATCH THE ASSET’S TIME HORIZON Long-lived assets require long-term cryptographic planning. Post-quantum signatures and crypto-agility belong in that planning, alongside implementation review, key management and independent testing. NIST has already standardized post-quantum algorithms; selecting one is the beginning of secure integration, not proof that an entire system is secure. This is the architectural thesis behind BASAD: an independent Layer 1 designed around real-world assets, with post-quantum cryptography, Move smart contracts, privacy and programmable asset controls at its foundation. The potential advantage is cumulative: fewer inconsistencies between the asset’s rights, its data, its permissions and its execution. A new chain must still earn adoption through security, interoperability, credible governance and access to liquidity. Public testing must demonstrate that its architecture improves actual workflows. For investors evaluating RWA infrastructure, that is a useful standard: Look beyond how easily an asset can be issued. Examine how reliably its obligations can be managed over time. #BASAD #LumiShare #RWA #Tokenization #Blockchain

The next chapter of BASAD RWA Blockchain opens to the public. On December 28, 2026, LumiShare will officially launch the BASAD RWA Blockchain public testnet. Our successful closed testnet brought together whitelisted participants whose testing, questions and feedback helped us improve BASAD. Some of the most valuable contributions challenged our assumptions and highlighted what needed work. Thank you to everyone who took part. BASAD is an independent Layer 1 built specifically for real-world assets, with an architecture centered on post-quantum cryptography, Move smart contracts and privacy controls. Why does that matter? RWA projects need infrastructure that can handle asset rights, transfer rules and privacy. Investors and users need clarity about what they hold, how it can move and who has control. BASAD is designed to connect those needs by bringing asset controls, privacy and auditability into the blockchain’s foundation. Now, we’re inviting a wider community to explore that foundation. Alongside the launch, we’ll open two early-bird lists for RWA tokenization companies interested in testing BASAD, exploring their use cases and contributing feedback. We want this next phase to be shaped by the practical needs of the companies building in this market. 📅 December 28th, 2026 🕕 6:00 PM UTC | 1:00 PM EST Building in RWA tokenization? Message us with a brief introduction to your company and what you’d like to test. #BASAD #LumiShare #RWA #Tokenization

Product progress update from LumiShare Over the past period, our focus has been simple: move from narrative to infrastructure. We’re also proud to share that LumiShare has received a grant from Google for Startups, supporting our mission to build real infrastructure for real-world assets. On the WoozyAI side, we have been advancing the intelligence layer for solar performance. The goal is to turn fragmented operational data into clearer signals: expected vs. actual production, lost kWh detection, root-cause alerts, weather and satellite context, and site-level visibility that helps operators understand where value is being lost. We already have successful pilots running with solar energy companies, including both solar farms and commercial rooftops, validating this approach in real-world environments. This is the kind of layer real-world assets need. Not just documents. Not just dashboards. Real operational intelligence connected to physical assets. On the BASAD side, we are continuing to build the trust layer for safer blockchain execution, with a focus on better authorization, policy-based controls, auditability, and infrastructure that can support real-world asset use cases with more confidence. In about one month, we plan to open a new BASAD waitlist for builders, early users, and ecosystem participants who want to follow the next stage more closely. LumiShare is building across three connected layers: LumiPlace - the RWA and tokenization infrastructure WoozyAI - the solar intelligence and performance layer BASAD - the blockchain trust layer This is not about chasing noise. It is about building the systems that real-world assets will actually need in order to scale.

🤍🇻🇪 Over the past several hours, I've been trying to find the most responsible way to help those affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela. My first step was not to publish a donation address. Instead, I reached out to humanitarian organizations, shared verified resources, and looked for transparent ways to support those affected. That process led me to create the Open Relief Initiative: Venezuela Earthquake Response 2026, with the hope of providing a transparent and publicly verifiable way to help address immediate humanitarian needs on the ground. Before asking anyone to contribute, I wanted to establish clear principles for transparency, accountability, distribution of funds, and governance. Those principles are outlined in the images below. Official donation address (EVM) 0x80349A686926C4821a2b46cBDCB03E23A8b41946 For your security, please verify that this address matches the one shown in the attached wallet document and the one published on my official X profile (@DeSciValidator) before sending any donation. Whether you choose to support this initiative or another trusted humanitarian organization, every genuine act of solidarity makes a difference.

1/ Real-world asset tokenization will not be won by the loudest narrative. It will be won by the infrastructure that can actually handle real assets, real regulation, real data, real liquidity, and real market behavior. That is the thesis behind LumiShare.

BASAD Testnet Progress Update Since opening the BASAD Testnet to the first White List participants on April 26, the network has moved into a practical validation phase: real users, real transactions, and real feedback. So far, the overall results have been very encouraging. The vast majority of core flows are running as expected, including wallet interaction, transaction execution, and general network behavior. Feedback from testers has been strong, particularly around the stability of the environment and the clarity of the user experience. At the same time, a small number of users have reported minor bugs and edge cases. These issues have been relatively limited in scope, and most have been identified, reproduced, and resolved quickly. That feedback loop is exactly what a Testnet is designed for: exposing friction early, improving reliability, and refining the system before wider access. The next phase is focused on: ▶️improving wallet and transaction flows ▶️strengthening error handling and monitoring ▶️expanding test coverage across more user scenarios ▶️validating protocol-level controls for RWA use cases ▶️gradually increasing the number of participants The long-term vision for BASAD is ambitious: to become the leading blockchain infrastructure for real-world assets. That requires more than high throughput. RWA infrastructure must support policy-based execution, permissions, auditability, privacy-aware workflows, asset-level controls, and institutional oversight. It must also reduce risks created by blind approvals and generic transaction models that were not designed for regulated assets. BASAD is being built around those requirements from the protocol level. Its architecture combines: ▶️protocol-level policy and permission controls ▶️transparent and auditable transaction history ▶️intent-based execution designed to reduce approval risk ▶️privacy-aware infrastructure for sensitive asset data ▶️a quantum-shielded wallet and future-ready security model ▶️performance designed to support asset issuance, settlement, reporting, and secondary-market activity at scale The current Testnet is not about proving that every component is finished. It is about validating the architecture under real usage, identifying weaknesses early, and building the infrastructure required for institutions, asset issuers, developers, and investors to operate on-chain with greater control and confidence. The early signals are positive, the feedback loop is working, and development is progressing steadily. More technical updates will follow as the Testnet expands.

A useful way to separate RWA narrative from RWA infrastructure: Can the system hold under stress? Our latest BASAD Blockchain alpha testnet report recorded: 12,642 TPS peak 10,500 TPS sustained for 48 hours 2.80s finality 3,000,000+ transaction flood handling with 0% memory overflow That doesn’t prove everything. But it does prove we are building for operating conditions, not just announcements. #RWA #Blockchain #Quantum #Tokenization #RWATokenization

The real strength of $LUMI is that it is part of an ecosystem, not a standalone story. LumiPlace brings the marketplace and RWA tokenization layer. WoozyAI brings intelligence and transparency. Our quantum-shielded blockchain for RWA brings the trust and privacy layer. $LUMI connects across that stack.

The LumiShare Infrastructure Triangle is simple: 1️⃣LumiPlace - the marketplace and tokenization layer 2️⃣WoozyAI - intelligence and data-driven transparency 3️⃣Our quantum-shielded blockchain the trust layer for RWAs Most projects talk about “RWA”. We’re building the missing infrastructure that makes RWAs actually work at scale with real controls, real transparency, and real trust. And here’s the part people keep asking us about: Where does $LUMI fit in? Not as a meme. Not as hype. As the alignment layer across the triangle a way to be positioned early in the ecosystem we’re rolling out. If you understand where this is going, you already know why some people choose to hold $LUMI before the story becomes obvious.

The global race for AI and digital infrastructure is rapidly becoming a race for energy. Recent data from the Energy Institute, visualized by Visual Capitalist, shows a clear shift in global electricity generation over the last decade: 🇨🇳China reached 10.1k TWh in 2024, up 74% since 2014. 🇺🇸The United States reached 4.6k TWh, with just 6% growth over the same period. 🇪🇺The European Union stands at 2.7k TWh. 🇮🇳India has reached 2.0k TWh and continues to rise quickly. As Elon Musk recently said: "Maybe later this year, we will be producing more chips than we can turn on, except for China. China's growth in electricity is tremendous." That insight captures something important: AI’s next bottleneck is not only chips. It's power. Every major AI training cluster, hyperscale data center, and edge AI deployment depends on one core foundation - reliable, scalable electricity. This is exactly why energy infrastructure is becoming a strategic layer of the digital economy. And for places like Hawaii, this creates a particularly interesting opportunity. Hawaii sits at the intersection of Asia-U.S. digital infrastructure routes, while also holding strong solar and renewable energy potential. That combination could make it more than just a geographic gateway. It could become an energy-powered digital infrastructure hub. The future of AI will not be built by compute alone. It will be built by compute plus power. @WoozyAi @Lumishare_Lumi #AI #Energy #Electricity #DigitalInfrastructure #RenewableEnergy #DataCenters #Infrastructure #SolarEnergy #Hawaii #FutureOfAI
