You CAN grow 10,000 𝕏 followers MONTHLY.
I REFUSED to believe the algorithm myths.
I IGNORED those who said it couldn't be done.
Instead, I stayed determined.
Success comes from these basics:
• Following MANY people
• Replying to LOTS of tweets
• Staying ACTIVE
• High QUALITY branding
• Creating UNIQUE content
But I took it further by mastering these tasks.
When following lots of people, choose wisely:
Are they active users? Do they talk about topics relevant to you? Do they have a smaller following?
These things make a HUGE difference.
The same goes for replying.
It's not about quantity, it's about quality.
Respond to the right tweets and people.
Many grew their 𝕏 accounts long before any of the algorithm myths.
How did they do it? With HARD work and dedication.
Growth is simple. Be yourself and work hard.
You CAN do it too. LFGROW!

🔍Balancing Metrics and Mindfulness🌱
Our industry is driven by KPIs and growth figures, but it's important to remember the human element. Marketing is not only about numbers; it's about people - both those we serve and those behind campaigns.

By caring for our mental well-being, we can bring creativity, empathy, and passion to our work, ensuring that our strategies are truly effective.
To all my fellow marketers: let's champion mental health as fervently as we pursue results.

🧘♂️ Mindfulness Meditation 🧘♂️
Throughout my journey with PTSD and mental health, I've found a fundamental truth: true power comes from focusing ourselves despite chaos.
It’s not just a practice, but a sanctuary for our minds. Have you taken a moment for yourself in a world driven by metrics, deadlines, and ever-evolving trends? A moment to breathe, to reset, to truly be present?
As I focus on strategies and innovations, I also prioritize this essential self-care practice. Not only does it rejuvenate my spirit, but it also sharpens my professional skills.
To my network: Have you practiced self-care today?
Let's nurture our inner selves as well as our careers. 🌌✨
