You're reading this with a tight neck, expecting me to give you some stretches That's not going to work Tightness and pain aren't signals that something is broken. They are signals that you need to do something different. My protocol shows you what that is Link in comments

Stiff hips? Stiff back? Here's a flow I've been using that my patients love I use it as the warm up before the session 1. hip flip + extension 2 Yoga push up 3. skipping #1 Hip flip + extension slow/controlled, 10 each side lean back some if painful

he only thing easier than this circuit is to do nothing this requires NO equipment 2-3 sets as a warm up is all it takes

I ask every new client: "Have you been to PT before? What was your experience?" Typical answers: "I got a handout with generic exercises." "I only did band exercises." "Lots of old people." That clinic wasn't built for someone who actually wants to train again. DMs open if you want to see what real rehab looks like.

Imagine being half-black and half-Asian but the only sign of your Oriental heritage is tiny Chinese pp. Gotta be brutal. On the other hand - guy with a giant hog AND great at math? Basically a superhero. Really makes you think huh

Knife fighting instructor is a weird job because you have all this experience on how to kill people with a knife because you’ve killed a bunch of people with a knife Or you’ve never killed a bunch of people with a knife and it’s all made up.
Martial artist and knife fighting instructor Doug Marcaida shows how lethal a 'karambit' could be in the hands of an expert.

"My shoulder still hurts even after doing PT" "What exercises did you do?" "band work, stretches, and wall slides" You can do everything right, but none of it works if its the WRONG program DM me "shoulder" to get started on the RIGHT program

Every new client tells me the same thing. "3 months at PT for knee pain and they never touched my knee." "6 months of PT for shoulder pain and all we did was band exercises." "2 months of PT for neck pain and only did stretches." You showed up. You did the work. The plan just wasn't good enough. DM me "wasted" if this sounds familiar.

I use to work out in Chucks. Even tried to play basketball in them (0/10 don’t recommend) Here’s 2 NEGATIVES of chucks 1) they are narrow and don’t let the toes splay 2) they are flat so if you have long femurs they suck for squatting For many of you they are sub par.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. But there is ONE gym shoe to rule them all High-Top Converse Chucks are objectively the best

Long term management of a chronic injury actually requires you to become a different person Training and exercise programs are the EASY part You will need new lifestyle habits otherwise it's the definition of insanity
