In 2018, millions in out-of-state money flooded Michigan's airwaves to pass Prop 3. The promise: easier, more convenient voting. Here's what it actually changed. Ask yourself if you were told this: 🔹 Voter registration now happens automatically at the Secretary of State's office, unless you opt out. 🔹 Proof of citizenship is NOT required to cast a ballot. A driver's license and a signature will do. 🔹 A driver’s license is NOT required to vote; you can sign an affidavit in place of a state issued ID (no way to verify you are who you say you are) 🔹 Clerks are expected to take voter registrations at face value and cannot question an individual without being threatened by lawsuits. And these are just SOME of the loopholes that have been created under Democrat leadership. Now the part nobody wants to talk about: In just the last four years, Michigan clerks have canceled or rejected 403 registrations over citizenship concerns. The Attorney General has charged noncitizens with voting in our elections. Those are the ones we CAUGHT. So here's the question every Michigan voter should be asking: If the system is catching only some, how many is it missing? Does Michigan check its voter rolls against federal citizenship databases the way it should? (Hint: NO) Why do clerks and citizens have to fight for answers instead of the state providing them? Protecting elections isn't about taking away anyone's vote. It's about making sure every ELIGIBLE citizen's vote counts, and isn't canceled out. You don't have to be a Republican to want that. You just have to be an American. ONLY citizens should vote. Period 🇺🇸
