So much good stuff in the Prince Harry memoir but my favourite is his revelation of hearing Tristan at Covent Garden for the first time: ‘I was fascinated by the famous chord’s comparison to a dissonant contrapuntal gesture from the E minor fugue of The Well-Tempered Clavier.’
