Help. X has me locked of of my account (this is my wife's). I'm 82 and they locked my account (bot check?) because I could not verify my login using my phone, which I can barely use.
While locked out they auto-billed me for another year, even though I had sent them a "form" telling them to just cancel the account since I could not access/use it.
I can't protest via help due to "terms and conditions", and still can not log-in to an account they charged me for. Class action suit anyone?
Exactly why I'm not voting for him. And I'm life-long die-hard Republican. "Vivek’s current data center pledge is far tighter than the status quo. He has said no new project moves unless nearby homeowners get free electricity, lower property taxes, full environmental compliance, and farmland protection, and he has promised a first day executive order freezing new project approvals until the legislature writes that into law.'
Here are five relevant things to consider when discussing the Ohio governor’s election:
1. Vivek’s current data center pledge is far tighter than the status quo. He has said no new project moves unless nearby homeowners get free electricity, lower property taxes, full environmental compliance, and farmland protection, and he has promised a first day executive order freezing new project approvals until the legislature writes that into law.
2. Losing the State House or State Senate supermajority is a real risk this cycle. Democrats need only a handful of House seats to break the three fifths threshold. If that happens, the next two years could produce almost no consequential conservative legislation, due to a governor’s veto if Acton wins, because we would not have the votes for a veto override.
3. The governor appoints the directors of Ohio’s executive departments. Those agencies write rules, enforce them, and can be turned against conservatives if Amy Acton puts left wing appointees in charge of them.
4. H1B is a federal visa program. A governor does not write it, fund it, or repeal it. State government does not have the leverage people keep pretending it has.
5. The governor fills judicial vacancies. When a seat opens, the governor appoints the replacement until the next election. That power reaches every level of the Ohio judiciary, hundreds of benches across the state, and it shapes the courts for years after the appointment. Vivek will appoint conservative judges while Acton will appoint leftist judges.
The above points are only some of the relevant reasons I’m voting for @VivekGRamaswamy!

Even if Trump issued a federal pardon tomorrow, Chauvin would still have to finish the longer state sentence in a Minnesota prison. Governor Tim Walz has already said the state would simply transfer him from federal to state custody if that happened.
Next turn off body-cams?
Part 1 of the NH Constitution, Article 2-b: "An individual's right to live free from governmental intrusion in private or personal information is natural, essential, and inherent." @Granger4NH's bill that I co-sponsored will protect our right to live free from Flock cameras!
You say "Americans should be able to pay back what they borrowed", yet you mention "student" loans. I'm a senior American. What about my mortgage? Auto loan?

"Imagination" is now true?
"Imagine .. how Flock cameras could have been used during the Covid lockdowns."
Cell phones next I hope. People post those videos to social media, where anyone can view it - and it's not just my license plate being recorded.
Hawley rips Flock’s sprawling surveillance web

Opposite? Not quite, ask grok - The claim is only partially supported by available regional data and is limited in what it can tell us about the glacial collapse.
A lot more than 120,000 cell phone cameras posting to social media. Is he looking at them?
Fury over Flock cameras is growing nationwide as lawmakers raise new questions about just how much these AI-powered systems can see and who can access the data.
Sen. Josh Hawley is demanding answers from Flock Safety about its roughly 120,000-camera network, warning that recent allegations of police employees misusing data expose a "woeful lack of safeguards."
The scale of the system is drawing scrutiny from both Republicans and Democrats. Flock defends its technology, saying Americans deserve both privacy and safety — but many critics are calling it round-the-clock surveillance. @AmericaRpts @JacquiHeinrich @richedson
For this? - Total water footprint studies that also include rainwater and pollution-dilution water have reported around 3.2 gallons (12 liters) per almond.
Build a data center instead.
Amen. I'm on the other end attempting to get my results.
I work the front desk at a small doctor’s office, and I wish people could see what happens on the other side of the phone. Every day, older patients call us confused.
They are told to use the patient portal, upload documents, check lab results online, fill out forms before the visit, and confirm everything through a link. Some of them do not know what a portal is.
Some do not have a smartphone.
Some have one, but they are afraid to click the wrong thing.
Last week, a man in his late 80s called about his test results.
He said, “Ma’am, I don’t mean to bother you, but the computer says I have a message and I don’t know how to open it.”
He sounded ashamed.
That broke my heart.
He should not have to feel ashamed for needing a human being.
Technology can be helpful. I understand that.
But when people who built this country are made to feel helpless because everything became a login and a password, we have gone too far.
Not everything needs to be an app.
Not every answer should be hidden behind a screen.
Sometimes people need a voice.
A patient person.
A real human who says, “Don’t worry, I can help you.”
Progress should not leave seniors behind.
Because one day, the world will move faster than us too.
And I hope someone is kind enough to slow down.
CAREER KILLER - he's also a terrible actor.
🚨CAREER KILLER🚨
Season 4 of Reacher appears to have a dead journey ahead after star actor Alan Ritchson turned the promotional tour into a left wing rant bash of President Trump.
The problem for Ritchson now:
Conservatives no longer want anything to do with him and the character he plays is far too "American" for the left.
So long, Alan!

My name is William Wieting (R), and I’m asking for your consideration for US Senate (AZ) in 2028 against Mark Kelly (D).
My focus is Arizona’s American Citizens. Mark Kelly doesn’t support you.
During his addresses to Congress, President Trump often prompted Republican standing ovations, while Democrats (Mark Kelly) stayed seated during statements about border security, stricter immigration policies and building the border wall.
He also drew partisan reactions when highlighting tax cuts, economic growth under his Administration and calls to "put America first."
Please follow me at @WietingForAZ and see what I’m going to do for Arizona.

If as a white man, I’m supposed to carry the sins of white men from hundreds of years ago then surely to goodness the Democrat Party should carry the sins of the Democrats from the past.
The government never owned slaves, but democrats did.
If you want reparations, ask the DNC.
