Sedesco bought another lot on West 57th Street from Stefan Soloviev at 35 W. 57 St. for $42M for its upcoming condo tower. They now own 270' of frontage on W. 57 going back 100' for the most part and then 200' to a 75 foot-wide piece on W. 58th St. aka lot 65, maybe a quiet residential lobby and curb cut/garage entry. Unclear if they will incorporate the 69.58 x100 lot that is the low rise portion of former lot 5, marked c. or merely use air rights or as a construction and sales office. They had been interviewing new architects as no one liked former plans.
