They said African languages were too fragmented, too complex and too commercially insignificant to build advanced AI for.
We disagreed. So we built it.
64 languages. 166 voices. 3 billion parameters. ONE model.
Today, we are unveiling STORM-Ensemble 3.0, the most capable multilingual speech synthesis model we have built at PlotWeaver.
From Yor霉b谩, Igbo, Hausa and Nigerian Pidgin to Swahili, Amharic, Wolof, Zulu, Xhosa and dozens more, STORM-Ensemble 3.0 generates speech across 64 languages, with 166 distinct speaker voices.
Every voice you hear is generated by our model, not a prerecorded sample.
But the real breakthrough isn't the numbers.
It's what becomes possible when this technology is in the hands of people who can build with it.
-African filmmakers distributing stories across languages.
-Banks and telcos serving customers in their mother tongues.
-Education platforms reaching more children.
-Developers building voice AI products without starting from scratch.
We are not building AI for African languages simply to prove it can be done. We are building the infrastructure to make our languages commercially viable at global scale.
Next week, I will be speaking at the Commonwealth Business Forum in Antigua about unlocking the Commonwealth's creative potential. This launch is a practical demonstration of that ambition.
Africa must not simply consume the future of AI. We must build, own and shape the infrastructure that powers it.
Watch the video. Listen to the voices. Imagine what's possible.

I will be speaking at the Beyond Africa Conference hosted by @AdewaleYusuf_ and team next week at Austin Texas. To be in the room and have pertinent conversations on how to secure your position, enterprise or career and gain future advantage in this AI era. I look forward to this and to connect with everyone at the event. 馃殌

CODM players, what if Ranked S came with a breakdown of WHY you lost?
We鈥檙e thinking GameMind Ranked S: competitive lobbies with GameMind AI analyzing the games and results every player can access.
See your mistakes and what to improve next game.
Would you queue?

my friends and i have spent several months building GameMind AI, an intelligence layer for competitive esports.
pretty wild seeing everyone suddenly dropping games 馃槀 seeing @Shalom_HeyEliy, @eureka_seamless and @SemudaraAbayomi 's thread reminded me i haven鈥檛 shared this here personally, we鈥檝e only been sharing it on our official X account, starting just over 6 weeks ago
however, GameMind isn鈥檛 a game. our proprietary computer vision models watch gameplay footage and turn them into tactical reports in minutes and even counter strats, without a game API, helping coaches, analysts and players cut hours of manual review.
starting with Call of Duty Mobile. it's gone pretty viral in the esports community as it's already used by top teams, coaches and players across several regions globally, with a couple of international partnerships in place.
built with @NifemiDaramola2 @OpSommie check it out 馃憞gamemind.dev/showcase
