Being good enough to help isn’t enough. You don’t earn trust with your best performance. You earn it by meeting the standard consistently. Give your team something they never have to question: whether you’ll do your part.

Notice how people only talk about how good a leader is when they are winning. Some of the best leadership I’ve witnessed happened during seasons of hardship.

Huge thank you to @BallStateBB @CoachMaloney and @AlexMaloney62 for Ol’ Bubba. With an assist from the boys with RL Turner construction and some rehab time and effort, @BallStateSB has a new piece of equipment #everythingmatters #fitfo

Athletes: Things suck…until they don’t: ✅Drills suck until they start working. ✅Conditioning sucks, until it’s the 12th inning. ✅Early film is boring until you see things before everyone else does. ✅Extra reps feel pointless until they separate you from others. ❗️Everything requires delayed gratification. That is part of the process; Embrace the suck, celebrate later.❗️
