Something missing from the whole "I don't have a spouse yet" discourse is that some people are just slow to mature. I'm only just becoming the person at 29 I probably should have been in my late teens or early twenties, and I just have to deal with that in my life progression

online web traffic is so low and the ringer pods are successful enough that the writing is essentially marketing for the pods (plus substack is one of the only new-ish platforms where a significant number of people have demonstrated a willingness to engage with/pay for writing)
