Billy Strings

Through six decades, @gratefuldead have built a legacy of philanthropy, community, and activism. On January 31, we come together to honor the musical and charitable impact of the band as the @MusiCares 2025 Persons of the Year. The benefit gala raises vital funds for MusiCares’ year-round efforts, so that we can continue our mission of helping the music community in times of need – including our critical disaster relief efforts for music professionals affected by the Greater Los Angeles wildfires. ❤️ #PersonsoftheYear is @MusiCares' largest fundraiser of the year, and we’re grateful to have an incredible lineup of artists joining us to make a difference, with performances by: Zac Brown, @copelandmusic, @deadandcompany, @SierraFerrell, @MickFleetwood, @sammyhagar, @brucehornsby, @NorahJones, @Wynonna, @NoahKahan, @davematthewsbnd, @JohnMayer, @MarenMorris, @mymorningjacket, @lukasnelson, @IAmMaggieRose, @billystrings, @thewarandtreaty, @TheWarOnDrugs, @vampireweekend, and @DwightYoakam. ✨ With presenter @bertkreischer and our host for the evening, @Andy. 🎤 📸 Photo: Herb Greene Photography
