This claim is doubly illiterate: creation need not be a dragon-killing spectacle.
In the Vedic tradition, the Nāsadīya Sūkta begins before even “being” and “non-being,” then questions whether anyone knows the origin. While the Puruṣa Sūkta makes cosmos a sacrificial unfolding of a primordial whole, not divine combat involving “dragons”.
Genesis represents origins through a transcendent personal creator who prompts the worldly order while the Puruṣa Sūkta represents manifestation through Big Bang-like cosmic sacrifice and differentiation.
