Do not give a single second of your life to anyone who cannot apologize, say thank you, admit their mistakes, or make things right.
Agentic engineering is challenging, creative, and a lot of fun. Especially when you are building on software and libraries that do not exist yet, but you really need them because the existing tools just do not do what you want.
If its the end of your weekly limit and you dont know what to do with the tokens you have left, use them to find and fix bugs and security vulnerabilities across all your projects.
βYour job has fundamentally changed. It is no longer to write code, and LLMs are not here to help you write better code faster. Your job is to help the LLM write better code faster. Every engineer is now a team leader, a manager, and your direct reports are the models and agents you use.β β Bart Butler
And here is the irony: It is only a matter of time before engineers who truly embrace this new way of working start replacing MBAs and non-technical managers.
The tables are turning, and I can not wait. π
When people talk behind your back, remember this: They're drinking poison and hoping you're the one who suffers.
Within the next five years, I want to fly into space with @SpaceX as a tourist and spend a few days there. Seeing Earth from up there would be a dream come true. ππ

New in CodeRabbit Secure:
Deep Scan now follows a vulnerability across your linked repos, then replays the exploit in a throwaway sandbox to prove it's real before it flags anything.
Hendrik walks through this and everything else in the new update:
Whenever I am in a conversation with AI, I often end my sentences with "You know what I mean?" Anyone else? π
Today I told someone who knows nothing about AI, "Dont hallucinate like an LLM." He just stared at me like I was from another planet. π
I think every software engineer has gone through a phase of imposter syndrome at some point. I had not felt it for a long time, not even since I started with agentic development.
But in the last 3 weeks, that feeling has come back again and again. I even feel it right now. I feel like I am building things that would not have been possible before.
And this time, I actually enjoy that feeling πΈ

It is a good combo with function-hooks and Claude-Mods
Since November 2025, I have been building software only with agents. Since then, my expectations for good software have grown a lot. But one thing has not changed. It still feels like building good software takes just as much time as before π
I think the day the average user of agent tools like Claude or ChatGPT truly understands the difference between stochastic and deterministic, we will start talking less about how to write better prompts and more about how to verify the results.
