RE: $GRSD, naturally people get curious before earnings and start asking questions, especially with the recent share price movement we have seen. This earnings cycle there has been speculation that the lack of news from the company is negative. The company simply didn't have a lot of news in Q3 and since the end of Q3 the company has been in a blackout period which prevents executives from commenting publicly prior to earnings, and, quite obviously, prevents all insiders from trading, whether buying or selling. This policy has not changed since the IPO. Earnings are after market on the 19th at which point we can talk and trade more freely.
