Kenny Dillingham on the rarity of playing true freshmen such as Jake Fette and Cardae Mack in today’s college football:
“That’s just the nature of college football right now. You don’t play many freshmen, sophomores, even third-year guys…There’s some teams that have a couple freshmen out there, but it’s two and far between now.”

Could he be ASU’s first true freshman to start a game since Jaden Rashada in 2023? 👀

New ASU hockey head coach Dave Hakstol on how Sun Devil hockey players have handled him taking over the program during difficult circumstances:
"The guys want to be coached. They're craving that. The best thing that I can do is provide leadership... I'm aware of everything. I'm aware of some of the things these players are possibly dealing with. But I make no assumptions. We hit things head-on on a daily basis."

First career start on the road against a Top 10 opponent, potentially no problem for Jake Fette
Fette has a special "it" factor, the Sun Devils are confident in their young quarterback IF his number is called this weekend

There's been such a stark change in ASU fans support of Cutter Boley.
Just over a month ago, Sun Devil fans were chanting his name as he walked off the field in London.
But then this past Saturday, they booed him before he even took a snap.
Pretty striking.

BYU TV always features student-athlete from weekly opponent. They tell Jalen's story so well. Sun Devil fans set aside 10 minutes and check out background on Jalen's recovery. Appreciate time spent by many on this in the summer. @ConnorOnion @RGIII on the call this weekend.
.@ASU offensive lineman Jalen Klemm’s future was bright, until a health scare no one saw coming threatened his life. Determined to overcome, Klemm relied on his faith and began the hard work of re-learning how to play football.
Kenny Dillingham clarified his “no comment” response to Cutter Boley’s handling of ASU’s QB changes:
“I said no comment yesterday. Cutter’s been awesome…He’s handling it as good as you could possibly handle it. But he wants to be out there. Who wouldn’t want to he out there?”
Kenny Dillingham was asked how Cutter Boley is handling the quarterback changes ASU has made.
His response: "No comment."

Mikey Keene is practicing alongside freshman Jake Fette at ASU practice this morning.
Kenny Dillingham says Keene is “honestly questionable” to play this Saturday against BYU.
If he can’t go, Fette will get his first collegiate start.
