Most vibecoders are trying to work out how to do animations and such, which is great, def working on that myself. But I LOVE how easy is to take tools you have used before and integrate them into something even bigger. I got my own FPS animations studio now on @spawn Play the game that uses this here: spawn.co/@blastore/world-war…

Well said
People who think humanity will become lazy and useless without jobs have a very depressing view of human nature. Do you seriously believe the only reason people create, invent, explore, compete, and discover things is because someone pays them? People climb mountains for fun. People spend thousands of hours mastering video games. People build entire virtual worlds for absolutely nothing. Human ambition doesn’t disappear when you remove financial necessity. It gets redirected toward things people actually care about. The end of compulsory labor isn’t the end of human purpose. It’s the beginning of choosing your own.

READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO SEE HOW THE FUTURE! This is just amazing and kind of validating. I've been building my own setup similar to this but this is obv a whole new level. People talk all the time about how agents make mistakes, devs talk about the slop and the errors and the risks, etc. But this is because we are used to a certain way of doing things, a certain system. The pipeline has changed people, agents are not humans and they are not risk averse, they are risk takers that learn and fix quickly if they make a mistake, in a way humans can't. PRs are a thing of the past, pushing to main is the only way when you close the loop and keep moving fwd. I know most people don't think this, but to me, building a system like this, comes from huge HUMAN CREATIVITY (@jsnnsa @Smallzero and all the @Spawn team). AI didn't come up with this, humans took the tools, saw what the would become, got ahead of things, and adapted it creatively to get this result. It will keep compounding like this, @spawn is a pioneer but others will follow, and those who don't prob will struggle.

Full Mario 64 in Mixed Reality! Running in real 3D (no stereoscopic crap) natively at 90FPS and also running on my desk! 😋 Again, Opus 5.5 + PICO CLI combo made it quite straightforward. Such a bliss to play an oldie at 90 FPS in 3D. Disclaimer: I own an original physical copy of Mario 64. This project is not associated with Nintendo or PICO.

this looks beautiful
Not one prompt. Not one afternoon. ~400 hours of locked in work, and this little guy finally runs almost the way I imagined. Solo mom dev. My own characters, AI as a full-time assistant for the technical base (3D, rig, animation), and me polishing every step in Blender + Unity. Demo is ~70% there. What should I show next? (WIP not final companion)

Those people found the common enemy they can collectively push their own ego attacks at, especially since it got way better than them on it. I do see the rethoric is slowly quieting down and shifting, little by little. The strenght of the tool is indeniable.
Before ai, it was a running joke that every developer hated every codebase they didn't write themselves. Now every anti-ai hater wants to pretend humans were writing beautiful code.

And this is just the start of creatives unleashing their potential to the fullest without barriers
AI HATERS: “AI films will never make money.” Meanwhile, my 11-minute Popeye short: • Made in 5 days • $1,200 budget • 251K views in a week • $800 earned so far Now companies want ads in my short films. And I’m just getting started. 🔥

This is fn outrageous, if devs need to label all the engines and tools used to make a game in the front page or game list, it would be a nightmare, there would have to be a label for: UE, unity, blender, maya, gmaemaker, cocos, godot, Zbrush, sidefx, photoshop, and hundreds more, etc etc etc. This makes no sense.
imagine you're a solo developer using your own savings to make your dream game you then figure out AI can help you make it faster and/or better you work day and night to polish your demo for Next Fest then you wake up to see your game marked in red for having used AI
