Happy Thanksgiving from Blessing Landscapes! As we reflect on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude for our clients and industry partners! Thank you for your trust and support! We’re truly blessed to work with such an incredible community. Wishing you all a blessed Thanksgiving!
On Nov 4th, we donated our time & resources to create a beautiful new garden space at the Hope Chinese Charter school. From Richell Chiu-Yap’s beautiful design to implementing the vision, & despite the rainy weather and colder temps, we weren't deterred in our goal to give back!
We are pleased to announce that once more, we've earned the prestigious Angi Super Serice award! With the most humble and grateful of hearts, we share this award with our entire team and our wonderful customers. Thanks for making 2022 so great! #BlessingLandscapes #AngiSSAWinner
Online reviews and referrals are a large part of what drives businesses, especially small ones, to continued success. Take, for example, this recent review we received from a happy client.
Jolly mornin' t' ye, me hearties. Today be 'International Talk Like a Pirate Day'! So don't be forgettin' t' use "thar she blows!", or an "arrr" or two, into yer speakins' today, savvy?

In addition to having the world's best team members, our top-notch vendors work equally as hard to keep us running smoothly. Many thanks to @Belgard for hosting a fantastic golfing tournament and @HorizonDist for treating us to great food and company!

Last Fri, Blessing Landscapes took the day to celebrate our team for all the hard work they do. We brought family & friends to enjoy the fun w/us @BullwinklesEnt. Recognition like this is a part of our company culture and our core values!

2/2 Whether it's a simple 'good job on that project' @ our morning meetings, or company parties in the summer & winter. Like on Thursday 5/26, we celebrated how hard we work year-round by firing up the grill to make carne asada for everyone. Yummy!! Thanks team, for all you do!
1/2 An integral part of Blessing Landscapes' core values is company culture. And part of that is making sure we take the time to really appreciate all our workers on a regular basis.
We are always on the lookout to add new skills to our roster of excellence. But we also welcome the oppty to continue our education on skills we're already familiar with. Braving the elements, we carved out time one blustery night to do some hands-on training w/outdoor lighting.
Congratulations are in order for our very own sales and design team member Rebecca Smith. She was recently awarded Gold level status with the Backyard Habitat Certification Program for her home in the Portland Metro area.

Who says you can't use science in all aspects of life? Some might call this lazy, we say it's efficient! What do you all think? Should we implement this useful (and time-saving) technique for our customers? 😀😉

We're growing! Here's Emily (multi-tasking, as usual, with her coffee in hand) getting ready to compact the gravel in our new parking area. Actually, Rick, our newest Project Manager, did the work - welcome to the team, Rick!.
Their old lawn was soggy and thin along the north side of their home, making it unusable and unattractive for this Portland family. But after replacing it with SYNLawn synthetic grass, the space can now be enjoyed year-round by the whole family.
The no-so-friendly side of mother nature reared her ugly head this past week during the 2021 winter storm. Take a peek at a couple of photos our maintenance manager, Damon Brown, took while accessing our maintenance accounts in West Linn.
Our very own sales and design team member, Elizabeth Hodgson, was on-hand to help with the work to rejuvenate IRCO's Africa House (Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization ). Take a look at the pictures of the progress.

Daisugi or "platform cedar", is a centuries-old pruning style that started in Japan when specific lumber types were scarce. Mostly used as decorations & bonsai in residential gardens, it's still used today. Click for more info on this fascinating process. ow.ly/4FiH50CbRQT
Please peruse a recent design project for a customer that includes these perfectly pleasing perspective drawings. Another great piece of (art) work by our very own Richell Chiu-Yap. 🤩
Our world is in upheaval & uncertainty these days, we require a way to de-stress. What better way than to spend the summer doing something outdoors. Whether it's gardening or just a stroll through the woods, let nature recharge us from the outside in.
