One thing I’ve learned in life…
You have to learn how to be genuinely HAPPY for other people when they win. Even when you’re still trying to figure things out yourself.
Someone else’s success doesn’t mean you’re falling behind. Someone else’s blessing doesn’t mean yours isn’t coming. Someone else’s opportunity doesn’t take anything away from what God has planned for you.
Stop competing with people you should be celebrating. Stop comparing your chapter 3 to somebody else’s chapter 20.
Clap for them. Encourage them. Celebrate their wins. Be the person who can smile when someone else gets the very thing you’ve been praying for.
Because real character is being happy for someone else’s success while patiently working toward your own.
There’s room for all of us to win. Never let jealousy make you bitter when you were meant to be better. ❤️

Sue was just as much of a part of Gas Monkey Garage as anyone else on the team and meant the world to us. Our sincerest condolences to her family and the team at ASM Auto Upholstery.
