Forbes spent months digging through property records to find out who actually owns Hawaii now. 37 BILLIONAIRES control more than 1 out of every 10 acres of private land in the state. On one compound, a security guard had a heart attack. His family wasn't told until after he died. Because of an NDA. On a ranch. Every single worker there is bound by one. The names on this list explain exactly why local families are being forced out of the only home they've ever known. And nobody is talking about it. sandinmyluggage.com/the-comp… transcend.org/tms/2026/04/th… forbes.com/sites/phoebeliu/2…

In Florida you can pay a stranger's $3,100 property tax bill and the county will either make him pay you 18% interest or hand you his house This is a real government program. It has run every June since before your grandfather was born, and the people who show up to it are hedge funds with $200 million and a handful of retirees who figured it out from a library book How it works. A homeowner skips his property taxes. The county needs the money now, so it auctions off the right to collect that debt. You pay the county the $3,100. The homeowner now owes you the $3,100 plus interest at a rate the state wrote into law. Florida caps it at 18%. Arizona 16%. Iowa 24%. Texas skips the lien and sells the deed itself, and if the owner wants his house back inside the first year he pays you a 25% penalty on top of what you paid Then one of two things happens Around 95 times out of 100 the owner pays. Usually within a year, usually because his mortgage company finds out and pays it for him. The county mails you a check for your $3,100 plus the interest. You never spoke to the homeowner The other 5, nobody pays. In Florida you wait 2 years, apply for a tax deed, and the property goes to auction where you either get paid out of the sale or take the house "the rates get bid down" They do, on the liens the funds want. The funds run models on $40,000 liens on nice houses and bid the rate down to almost nothing, and Florida still guarantees you a 5% minimum. The play sits under their radar: liens under $2,000 that a model can't be bothered with, rural counties, and the county-held certificates nobody bid on at all, which you can buy over the counter at the full 18% Now the credit part Your cost of money is 0%. The state's rate on the lien is 16 to 18. A guy with $60,000 of 0% business credit and a Tuesday afternoon builds a portfolio of forty $1,500 liens across two counties. If the average comes in at 12% after bid-downs that's $7,200 a year in interest the government collects for him, and his cards get paid off from redemptions inside the promo window. Worst case on any single lien, he owns a lot in Polk County The 20 minutes of homework that separates this from gambling: Pull the parcel on the county appraiser site. Improved residential only. Skip vacant land, drainage ditches and gas stations Skip anything with an IRS lien or a bankruptcy on the owner Check the redemption period and the rate for your state before you bid Register on the county's auction site (Florida runs on LienHub and RealAuction) and post the deposit Buy the small ones. Buy the county-held ones. Ignore the pretty ones The county sends you a check. It has the homeowner's name on it (we fund the portfolio at 0%. 700+ only. link in bio)

A reminder of why Julian Assange was persecuted and targeted by the US for over a decade: Among the many Wikileaks revelations was the Collateral Murder footage from Iraq, in which a US Apache helicopter opens fire. Reuters journalists Saeed Chmagh and Namir Noor-Eldeen were gunned down, several others were killed while the US pilots laughed.

This story broke over a year ago but almost nobody heard about it and there have been zero consequences. Centrelink pays $4,327 to Australian women who abort their unborn babies after 20 weeks. A leaked letter from Senator Katy Gallagher's office confirms it. "The eligibility criteria for Stillborn Baby Payment do not exclude circumstances where the stillbirth was due to a medical termination, including an intentional abortion," a senior executive wrote on Gallagher's behalf. Gallagher oversees the payment twice over — as Minister for Government Services and Minister for Women in the Albanese government. She's also a member of EMILY's List, the pro-abortion group that backed her Senate run and required a pro-abortion pledge in return. Most late-term abortions in Australia involve an injection of potassium chloride into the baby's beating heart. This is a procedure so painful that inmates on death row in the US have to be sedated and given painkillers first. But not for Australian babies. The mother then goes into labour and the baby is delivered dead. This procedure satisfies the clinical definition of stillbirth — hence the letter from Gallagher's office. Dr Joanna Howe, who obtained the letter, called it definitive proof "confirming that Labor pays for an intentional abortion." "A woman who has an intentional abortion — or even a man who forces a woman to have an intentional abortion — the Labor government will pay them $4,200." "It's a dead baby bonus for late-term abortions, paid for by all of us." In South Australia, late-term abortions rose 380 per cent between 2022 and 2024. 105 babies died. Only one abortion was to save the mother's life. 79 killed otherwise healthy babies. The national media still hasn't touched this story. When will they do their job?

TURNING BABIES INTO PRODUCTS Seth Gruber, CEO of White Rose Resistance, argues that the abortion industry is built on the objectification of unborn human life — and that once a human being is treated as an object, that object can be bought and sold. He points to David Daleiden’s 2015 undercover investigation and the controversy surrounding Planned Parenthood and fetal-tissue procurement, arguing that the commodification of human life is a consequence of that mindset. Gruber is Lara Logan’s guest on Episode 99 of Going Rogue, a wide-ranging conversation examining his views on the spiritual and historical roots of abortion. Lara and Gruber explore ancient paganism and child sacrifice, the early Church, the sexual revolution, surrogacy, Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood, eugenics, cultural Marxism and what Gruber believes the Church must do in response. @sgruber91 | @GoingRoguewLara WATCH EPISODE 99: bit.ly/goingrogue-ep99 SUPPORT OUR SHOW: laralogan.com/support #LaraLogan #Abortion #ProLife #PlannedParenthood #WhiteRoseResistance

BREAKING: LAWYERS ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE OpenAI just launched Astra for Law. By its own test it gets legal research right 54% of the time, and only the biggest firms in America get the version where your chats stay private. Astra for Law is GPT-6 Astra pointed at 230 million URLs of US case law, statutes and court rules. OpenAI tested it on 200 hard legal research questions. It got 54% fully correct. The standard version of Astra with web search got 38.7%. One early tester told Legal IT Insider it's "already better than a senior associate and many partners." Every lawyer outside the big firms should pay attention. The chosen firms get a version where nothing is saved and nobody at OpenAI reads what they type. Everyone else is on the normal version. Last week 404 Media reported that hundreds of contractors are paid to read real ChatGPT conversations, and the setting that lets them is switched on unless you turn it off. Your client details end up under different rules depending on the size of your firm. If you use ChatGPT for work: open Settings, then Data Controls, and switch off "Improve the model for everyone." Do it before you type anything about a client into it.
Astra for Law: Frontier intelligence built for your practice. A new offering powered by GPT-6 Astra with tools, settings, and context to support the expertise and judgment of lawyers and legal technology firms.

JUST IN: Reporter Catherine Herridge testifies that CBS News locked her out of the building and seized all her files, says she was working with sources to "expose government corruption." Nothing at all going on here, folks. "CBS News’ decision to seize my reporting records crossed a red line that I believe should never be crossed by any media organization." "Multiple sources said they were concerned that by working with me to expose government corruption and misconduct they would be identified and exposed." "CBS News locked me out of the building and seized hundreds of pages of my reporting files, including confidential source information."

I just made sure this January, 2026 TIME Magazine article on the blatant sexual abuse by Effective Altruists to young women is saved at the Internet Archive. Why? It will get deleted soon. Speculate why.

Abrasax was also the name of a satanic cult investigated during the Dutroux Affair in Belgium, rumoured to be trafficking kids to Belgian VIPs and heavy into SRA. There are also Wackenhut connections to the Dutroux case and the Brabant Killers.
Did you know the Abraxas Youth Detention Center, which is owned by Wackenhut thru GEO group, is also located in Pennsylvania?

What's going on in Downtown Nashville? Housing supply has exploded 200% in just three years. Airbnb investors are beginning to firesale units. California buyers are no longer coming in, and some are even leaving. There's now over 350 listings on the market, when the normal August is only 160. I'm finding condos in downtown Nashville down as much as 20-30% in value already. This could be one of America's biggest downtown housing corrections, and amazingly they still continue to build.
