I take it back @gogirlinsurance are the WORST insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Quoted £1809, in addition to the £800 already paid, to add a replacement vehicle 4 our total loss. Thats more than they paid out on the car, it’s been one huge f🤬🤬k up. @financialombuds
I’ll give credit where it’s due, @gogirlinsurance just called, very brave man, explained what had gone wrong with the claim, won’t go into detail, and are getting it sorted 👍🏻

Seriously, if this company comes up on a comparison site SCROLL PAST.
Accessing your account is SO frustrating and when it comes to a claims they take the easy way out.
I AM FECKING FURIUOS. There is nothing more infuriating than an insurance company that takes the easy way out and admits fully liability because they can’t be arsed to look at the evidence and investigate.
Why does every freaking show have to include drug use … I mean, cigarettes are out but cannabis is in 🤷🏼♀️ what the heck, glamorising its use is NOT ok #IDontWantsThis
