This is from the mom of Logan Malone. He hit a DAMAGED guardrail in Orange County, NY. The damage was from a previous 2010 FATAL crash. Logan was incinerated in the crash at the age of 19. BTW Orange County just bent the guardrail back and left the DAMAGED guardrail in place to kill a THIRD time. What do you even say to a mom like this?
