On Jan 20, 2017, President Trump told us that he was taking the power back from DC and giving to us. The people. It could be argued that We the People, (a majority) were not yet motivated or knowledgeable enough to handle that responsibility at the time. Well thank God for the process we have gone through. Everything shown has meaning. Now today, we are walking in to the most involved mid-term election in our lives. This has never been attempted. Use of general public to counter the narrative [propaganda] push by controlled media. Analysis [start-to-now] indicates situational awareness [decoupling of MSDNC control of information (channels 1-99)] of general public expanding at massive pace. Attacks indicate [can be defined as] loss of generalized information control. Need to expend ammunition [muster network to defend and coordinate attacks] to counter. MIL-CIV Alliance. Q WE were always the plan. 'They' sold us out, and weaponized everything against us. Trump and team had our backs and weaponized US to fight back. What a time to be alive. 🐸

🚨 IS THE WORLD BEING PREPARED FOR A MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE DISRUPTION? Something very interesting is developing, and when you connect it to the cyberattack narrative we've been tracking for months, the timing deserves serious attention. At least 13 countries now have government guidance encouraging citizens to prepare for emergencies by stockpiling food, water, medicine and other essential supplies. These include Japan, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Norway, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Estonia and Denmark. Other countries have similar programs. Not all 13 issued new warnings this month. Some have maintained preparedness programs for years. But several developments have occurred in a remarkably compressed period: 🇧🇪 OCTOBER 1 — BELGIUM: New national emergency-preparedness guidance published. 🇬🇧 OCTOBER 22 — UNITED KINGDOM: Government launches a nationwide campaign encouraging households to maintain approximately 72 hours of emergency supplies. 🇯🇵 OCTOBER 27 — JAPAN: Disaster minister announces an upcoming nationwide request for households to maintain at least three days of food, water and sanitation supplies, preferably seven days. And that's only the civilian side. 🇺🇸 NOW LOOK AT WHAT THE PENTAGON IS DOING. On September 30, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced FORTRESS America, a sweeping initiative to make America's military installations capable of operating independently of vulnerable civilian infrastructure. The initiative has five major pillars: 1. Independent power generation for military installations. 2. Domestic supply-chain independence. 3. Strategic reserves of fuel, ammunition, medicine and other essentials. 4. Protection against cyberattacks, sabotage and drones. 5. Resilient satellite communications and electromagnetic-spectrum capabilities. On October 7, the Pentagon began formally establishing the FORTRESS America Program Office. On October 20, senior defense officials confirmed that independent power generation was an immediate priority, including microgrids and backup energy systems. And on October 25, additional reporting described plans for military installations to sustain operations for extended periods without outside support. Think about the implications. Governments are telling civilians to prepare for several days without normal services. Meanwhile, the Pentagon is preparing military bases to function independently if the civilian electrical grid is compromised. And all of this is occurring against the backdrop of an increasingly prominent international discussion about cyberattacks, infrastructure sabotage, supply-chain disruptions and communications failures. NOW CONSIDER Q DROP 34. Published November 1, 2017, Drop 34 described a hypothetical sequence involving civil unrest, temporary military control and the activation of an emergency broadcasting system to communicate directly with the American public. The drop specifically referenced 11.3 and 11.4, although I wouldn't necessarily look at these as dates. We've also been following Drop 4587, the recurring discussion surrounding 11.4, and what we believe may be narrative seeding and communications drawing attention to Cyber Attacks. Will any of this become relevant? Who knows? Less than 10..... But governments are discussing civilian emergency supplies while the Pentagon is openly preparing for scenarios in which the power grid, supply chains and communications infrastructure become unavailable. IS THIS A WARNING? We've spent months documenting the escalating cyberattack narrative. Now we're watching governments prepare populations and military installations for precisely the types of disruptions those cyberattacks could produce. But it raises a question I think we should be asking: Are we witnessing actual ordinary emergency preparedness — or a broader narrative seeding operation leading us to a planned "scare" event? Only time will tell.....
📶 ANOTHER ONE — THE CYBER NARRATIVE CONTINUES TO BUILD Another interesting development in the growing convergence of cyberattack headlines. On October 23, reports emerged that North Korea had suffered a suspected coordinated cyberattack, disrupting internet access and taking more than 40 government websites offline. But here’s what makes this particularly interesting. LOOK AT WHAT ELSE HAS HAPPENED OVER THE LAST 6–8 WEEKS: 🔴 SEPT. 17–21 — UTAH: A suspected DDoS attack disrupted Direct Communications’ fiber network, causing internet outages and interfering with municipal services. 🔴 SEPT. 18 — COLORADO: Officials disclosed that foreign actors had compromised two small water utilities in August, manipulating equipment settings and pump operations. The systems were restored, and water quality was reportedly unaffected. 🔴 SEPT. 30 — LOUISIANA: Terrebonne Parish suffered a cyberattack disrupting local government network services, with concerns about possible exposure of personal information. 🔴 OCT. 2 — COLORADO: Sangre de Cristo Electric Association detected a network intrusion and took IT systems offline. Billing and telephone services were affected, although electricity delivery remained operational. 🔴 OCT. 8 — CHINA: DOJ and FBI announced the seizure of cyber infrastructure associated with China-linked Flax Typhoon operations. Investigators described targeting that included an American electric utility. This was an enforcement announcement concerning earlier activity, not a newly confirmed grid disruption. 🔴 OCT. 17–19 — NEBRASKA: Community Medical Center reportedly suffered a ransomware attack that disrupted hospital operations, resulting in ambulance diversions, delayed appointments, and a return to paper records. 🔴 OCT. 20–23 — SOUTH CAROLINA: Columbia confirmed a ransomware incident affecting municipal systems and involving sensitive information. 🔴 OCT. 21 — QUEST DIAGNOSTICS: Unauthorized access to its Quanum laboratory platform prompted a security response and raised concerns about patient information. 🔴 OCT. 23 — NORTH KOREA: More than 40 government websites reportedly went offline amid traffic patterns consistent with a coordinated DDoS attack. The perpetrator remains unknown. And these are just selected incidents. We also have reports of ransomware affecting other local governments, cyber incidents involving commercial vessels, warnings about vulnerabilities in aviation communications, and continuing concerns about the security of American water, energy, and telecommunications infrastructure. NOW LOOK AT THE GOVERNMENT RESPONSE. Over this same period, we’ve seen: • Federal cybersecurity advisories and emergency vulnerability warnings. • DOJ and FBI operations targeting foreign-linked cyber infrastructure. • National Guard and federal cybersecurity exercises simulating attacks on critical infrastructure. • Increased attention to protecting election systems. • Federal action aimed at securing the American power grid against foreign interference. • Growing warnings about AI-assisted cyberattacks and vulnerabilities. Think about what we’ve witnessed over the last several months. The narrative is no longer simply that America could be attacked. The public is increasingly being exposed to the idea that entire countries and their critical systems can be disrupted through cyber operations. Which brings us back to something we’ve been discussing for months. Q DROP 4587 — AND THE REFERENCE TO 11.4. Many Anons have interpreted that reference as potentially pointing toward a major cyber-related event. It’s possible that we’re witnessing a sustained period of narrative seeding — a gradual normalization of cyberattacks, infrastructure vulnerabilities, government emergency preparations, and the possibility of widespread disruption. Could these stories be conditioning the public for something much larger? The convergence is worth documenting.
