This is definitely an example of FAFO. 🚨SHOCKING: 18-year-old Marcus Williams decided to break into an ATM late at night with a metal pry bar. Surveillance video caught him trying to rip the machine open. Then physics took over. The metal bar hit the internal electrical components — and he electrocuted himself dead on the spot. Tragic? No. Consequences of his own actions. But here's where it gets insane — his family then filed a $500,000 lawsuit against the bank, claiming the BANK was responsible for his death. The bank whose ATM he was trying to rob. This is exactly what's wrong with America under the Democrat lawsuit culture. A young man with no personal responsibility who attempts to commit a felony. He then dies committing the felony, and then the family tries to get rich suing the owners of the ATM machine. The judge wasn't having it. The court threw the case out, ruling that Williams' death was caused entirely by his own criminal actions and the bank was not liable at all. And in a beautiful twist of justice, the judge ordered the family to reimburse the bank for the cost of repairing the ATM he destroyed. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. The bank was the victim here, not the criminal. We need more judges who dispense justice fairly like this one judge.
