Gregory Williams, 23, was on the floor with his arms out, complying. Officer Thomas Shook still pressed his gun to the back of his skull for over 10 seconds.
A clerk's 911 call over an argument about fish started it. Williams denies the threat. No weapon. No charges. Never booked.

In 2020, 16-year-old Kevin Bui and two friends set a house on fire because he believed the people inside had stolen his iPhone.
But they had targeted the wrong house.
Kevin had used Find My iPhone to track his stolen device to an area in Denver, Colorado. He became convinced the robbers lived at one particular address without checking who actually lived there.
In the early hours of August 5, Kevin and his friends arrived wearing masks and carrying gasoline. They set the house on fire while the people inside were sleeping.
The home belonged to a family of Senegalese immigrants who had nothing to do with his phone. Three of them escaped by jumping from an upstairs window. Five didn't make it, including two little girls.
Kevin only realized he had the wrong house when he saw the news the next day. In July 2024, he was sentenced to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of second-degree murder.
The youngest victim was just seven months old. Her father was still in Senegal, waiting for a visa so he could join his wife and finally meet their daughter.
