Things starting to click six months out from HS season starting. Multiple 54’ throws and one right at 55’.
@BashaHighTrack
Coach said snapping a hammer wire is a right of passage for a thrower. Things were moving well until that happened, but I’m all good after wiping out. Hit 53+ in shot put afterwards.
Putting in some work. Long way to go, but happy with what I’ve learned so far. #hammer #thowfar. @BashaHighTrack

Big night tonight at the Top of the Mountain meet. 1 inch PR in the shot put at 57’9”, but finally broke through in the discus at 181’2” to break the meet record and set a season best in an extremely tough competition. @BashaHighTrack

After an off meet last week, feeling back on track after a PR in shot at 57’8”. Solid 172 in discus but feel like something bigger is coming. @BashaHighTrack
Happy with a two foot shot put PR today in hot conditions at the Chandler Rotary today. Took 1st in the Open division and broke the Basha sophomore record.
@BashaHighTrack
Solid start to the season last week. Made finals and got 7th in shot put at 45’ 9.5”. Moved into second all-time for @BashaHighTrack sophomores.
