We’re starting a petition very soon because, honestly, this is getting out of hand. I don’t care whether you agree with my motion or not, but something needs to change.
I love this club just as much as you all, and this has nothing to do with Estêvão Willian being my favourite player. This is about what’s best for Chelsea Football Club.
We cannot keep watching this happen and pretend everything is fine. At some point, some things needs action.

Estevao needs to leave Chelsea if he's serious about saving his career.
It's becoming increasingly obvious that his talent isn't being appreciated here, and staying at a club where he barely gets the chance to showcase what he can do will only hurt his development. He needs to move somewhere he'll be trusted, given consistent playing time, and allowed to fulfil his potential. His talent deserves better than sitting on the bench.
