I fully believe that King Arthur was a real historic figure. My evidence: the people that insist that he wasn’t are extremely cringe and gay.

“We don’t believe in King Arthur, but perhaps an Arthur-like figure actually did…” DIE

My brother and I discussed this, and came to the conclusion that he was real. Mallory's work has some odd details that would usually not be put down in a fictional account. Example- a reference to Lancelot's dog. Mentioned once, and never again. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Mor…

I wrote a fairly lengthy paper in college arguing that there was a historical core to Arthurian legend.

Also, the people who designed and approved the new bridge at Tintagel should be thrown from it.

Yes, King Arthur is a legendary figure, not a myth.

the most likely true scenario of our world is that all of the history that the system has fed us is false and all the things they have declared as fake are 100% true, as their track record for telling the truth is simply zero

The thing is, if he was real, he wasnt king arthur, because king arthur is a character from fiction of the middle ages. a real person on whom this fiction was based cannot resemble the mythical figure
