Humanoid robots that work together at home
Zeno AI is showing a group of humanoid robots working together on household tasks like making a bed, carrying objects and handling soft materials.
The humanoid robot is cute and approachable, featuring wheeled mobility and a torso that can rise and lower.
Interestingly, each robot runs the same Zeno-1 model and continuously adjusts its actions based on its own vision, body state and what the other robot is doing.
If one robot moves or slows down, the other can adapt instead of blindly following a predefined sequence.
Zeno-1 is a 3B-parameter embodied model. It learns from large-scale human video, 40 hours of real robot teleoperation data, and just 4 hours of closed-loop robot-to-robot interaction data.
collaboration itself is becoming a robot capability.
Of course, they might also be serving in hotels or nursing homes at an earlier stage.

しかし、その便利な暮らしを支える物流業界の人手不足が大きな課題になっています。
高市内閣では、「安定した物流体制の確保」を目指しています。
今回は、先の国会で成立した『改正物流効率化法』について、ご紹介します。
物流は、我が国の暮らしや経済を支える重要な社会インフラですが、近年、トラックドライバーの「高齢化」や「人手不足」が進む中で、物流を維持するための「輸送力の確保」が喫緊の課題となっています。
こうした状況を踏まえ、ドライバーの負担軽減を図りつつ物流を維持するため、1つの長距離輸送を複数のドライバーで分担する「中継輸送」を推進してまいります。
例えば、途中の中継拠点でドライバーの交代や荷物の積替え等をすることで、一人ひとりの運転距離を短くすることができます。
また、ドライバーの負担軽減だけでなく、帰り荷の確保など、運行効率の向上も期待できます。
『改正物流効率化法』では、国土交通大臣が、中継輸送の実施に関する基本方針を策定するとともに、国や地方公共団体、トラック事業者、荷主、倉庫業者などによる連携・共働を促進するため、必要な助言や協力等を行うこととしました。
また、中継輸送を実施しようとする事業者が共同で計画を作成し、国の認定を受ける制度を創設し、認定された計画に基づく取組には、課税の特例や鉄道・運輸機構による出資・貸付けなどの支援を行います。
物流は、私たちの暮らしと経済を支える重要な社会インフラです。
これらの支援措置を講じることで、ドライバーの負担を減らしながら物流を維持するための「輸送力の確保」を図ってまいります。

中国の新卒採用市場を見ていて、これは分かりやすい数字です。
9月16日、広東省が武漢大学で開催した秋季採用イベントには296社・機関が参加し、2.45万超の求人を用意。そのうちAI関連だけで約5,200人、全体の21.2%を占めました。
給与もなかなか目を引きます。年収20万〜50万元の求人が11,950件、50万元超が4,100件。日本円にすると約465万〜1,160万円、さらに年収1,160万円超の求人が4,100件ある計算です。
Huawei、Tencent、BYDなども参加し、AIだけでなく半導体、新エネルギーでも高待遇の求人が目立ちます。
中国では若者の就職難がよく話題になりますが、同時に広東ではAI・半導体・新エネルギーへ求人が偏っていますので、パラレルワールドが存在していますね。
「仕事があるか、ないか」だけでなく、「どの産業に高給の仕事が移っているのか」を見ると、中国の雇用市場の変化が分かりやすいです
