I was late in finding out that @Amtrak NEC schedules are now just fiction. My Acela train was 24 mintutes late (missed an important connection). My return train home was 57 minutes late. @AmtrakAlerts
Worse was no apologize or discounts on the VERY EXPENSIVE fares.

In the process of reporting this episode, I learned that the "pilot study" San Francisco officials quote as proof that more trash cans won't help with our trash problem never produced a report on its findings. Does that makes sense to anyone? Cuz it certainly doesn't to me.
Residents have strong feelings about refuse. On "PST," we get into the trash questions plaguing SF, like why Gavin Newsom, as mayor, decided to take 1,500 cans off the city's streets.

Why charge people who want to be healthy a higher price? You use less salt and less oil. The price should be lower not higher!
