Using a bear costume to scare a buddy... It looks to be in Canada a few years back.
Fun fact: There's a real Canadian company called Bear Scare. Their entire business is to keep bears away from people and industry operations. Same, but different. #scary #costume #halloween
Inside the First Quantum Kansanshi smelter, where copper concentrate transforms to over 300,000 tonnes of 99% copper anode every year! It was my first time seeing a pour, and mesmerizing is an understatement. They pour 1,000+ anodes over four hours, with each weighing roughly 750 kg (1,700 pounds). From here, the anodes travel to refineries to transform 99% into 99.9% pure copper.
@barkerdiesel with a monster transformer headed uphill in Australia… Truck and trailer setups don’t get much better than Oz!!
With a custom bucket like this, anything is possible. 100% OEM. Found within the bowels of the internet…
Another one a million people have sent me from the trenches of the internet. Not a clue where this is. All I know is these guys are making it happen. Remote mining and construction worldwide isn’t always by the book…
The boys waiting on asphalt captured by Chinatown Phil in NYC. Might as well enjoy yourself while waiting on trucks… #football #newyork #touchdown
Recently at the Cooper Landing Bypass project in Alaska, crews launched a new seven million pound steel girder bridge about 900 feet across Juneau Creek. Why do such a thing? Launching the structure allowed crews to build the bridge without the need for complex lifts over the deep chasm. With jacks and rollers, they moved the structure at about twenty feet per hour. Now across, crews can finish the bridge and deck conventionally. Sadly, they forgot to call me before they did it… Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities | Traylor Bros., Inc.

Among the most beautiful sounds in the heavy machinery kingdom… I’ll never tire of the sweet high-pitched scream of a Ferrari. But the angry GRUMBLE of a big Cat mining truck gets the small child inside of me arguably more excited.
The most interesting truck in the world! #truck #builtdifferent
To prevent dust in the surrounding areas, they used small charges to blast about 100,000 liters (26,000 gallons) into the air as they blasted the 60m (196 foot) chimney.

I brag on the Europeans for a good reason—they know how to build and, in this case, demolish!
