We broke out of the nine-wave triangle, which had formed with perfect HL's and LH's.
Following the breakout, we saw our first major impulse wave. After that, we took liquidity and entered a consolidation phase. Now, we are preparing for our second wave towards the 1.272 Fibonacci level.
Why this level?
Market makers don't have many certainties, but they do rely on the few patterns and levels that repeatedly appear in the market. After major breakouts in crypto, price tends towards the 1.272 Fibonacci extension. This is where market makers look to take profits.
