Bullet Restaurant

Great to see @LeoVaradkar down in the market in Merrion square. Thanks for stopping by. Great boost for everyone here. #bulletrestaurant #bulletduckanddumplings #farmermarkets

after tomorrow's (Sundays) service until such a time as it is safe for them to return. We will be open for business as usual today and tomorrow. We hope to welcome you all back safe and well when we re-open. Little Dumpling will remain open. #lovindublin @lucindasireland

our chefs are in the at risk category of this terrible disease. We believe the safest route forward is to pause what we are doing in Bullet to allow time for it to pass and for our team to return to work when it safe to do so. We have taken the difficult decision to close bullet

We firmly believe that we have one of the best chef teams in Ireland. They are super-talented and hard working and have helped make #bulletrestaurant one of the 'go to restaurants' in Dublin. Our chefs are also some of the oldest working chefs around. Because of their age profile
